As a Tech Chat Support Representative, you will provide real-time chat assistance to our UK-based customers for our AI Bot Software campaign. Your role will involve answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to AI Bot Software
✅ Provide accurate information and technical guidance to users
✅ Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
✅ Escalate complex issues to the relevant department if needed
✅ Keep records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
🔹 Experience in chat support or a similar role preferred
🔹 Strong written English communication skills
🔹 Basic technical knowledge and ability to learn software applications quickly
🔹 Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
🔹 Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
